Monticello is located in
Southeastern Utah in the Four corners region of the United States.
It is at the junction of Hwy 491 (old 666) and Hwy 191 on
the Eastern side of Lake Powell. It is approximately 60
miles south of Arches
National Park, and is the Southern Gateway to Canyonlands
National Park.
